1. The service
Syxx is a network diagnostic tool published by Milk & Gin ("we"). It inspects DNS behavior on networks you are authorized to test and reports what it finds. By downloading or using Syxx you accept these terms.
2. License grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Syxx on devices you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or use Syxx to probe networks you are not authorized to test.
3. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Syxx Pro is a paid subscription: $3.95 per month or $19.95 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Refunds
If Syxx Pro isn't right for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. Email feedback@milkandgin.com from your purchase address within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges may be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date.
5. Honest results, no guarantees
Syxx reports evidence, including "inconclusive" when the evidence does not support a verdict. A "no threat detected" result means exactly that — no threat was detected — and is not a guarantee that your network is secure. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Syxx is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Syxx to disrupt networks or services, to test networks without authorization, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend licenses used in breach of these terms.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what data the service processes and why. It forms part of these terms.
9. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time; Pro features remain active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate licenses for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.
